I have walked that road. After years of working in a dynamic and demanding environment, I felt the desire to chart my own course. Not just to go along with expectations, but to take responsibility for my compass. My experience in demanding environments helps me understand your world and guide you to what’s right for you. This doesn’t require a radical departure from your career, but it does require the courage to look honestly.
